Release of Liability Waiver for using tools and equipment at Ninety Twenty Studios

I understand that using equipment at 9020 NE Vancouver Way could include actions or tasks which may be hazardous to myself or others. I acknowledge the risks involved in using power equipment and hand tools. I swear that I am participating voluntarily and with permission. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while using this equipment. By agreeing, I assume any risk of harm or injury which might occur to myself or another due to using any and all equipment. I release Mary Clark, Christine Clark, and everyone who is employed or contracted by Ninety Twenty Studios and Ninety Twenty Workshop, including instructors and studio assistants from all liability, costs and damages which might arise from using their tools and equipment.
